I attended the Facebook hackathon in May 2007 and put together a simple "Where am I?" app based on their new platform. It allows you to track yours and your friend's locations. Still a work in progress.

iBrowser

May 2005

iBrowser is an incomplete interface experiment inspired by the iPod menu.

It uses the XMLHttpRequest (AJAX *shudder*) to progressivly load directory listings and buffers the result to speed up later browsing.

Next/back button usage is maintained using a different technique for both IE and Firefox, Safari won't work, I don't know about other browsers.

Direct linking is supported.

It is currently hooked up to the photos directory of my personal site.

This isn't fully working yet, so please send feedback.
